I went here after Geek Squad couldn’t do anything to help me and I needed my computer for Christmas weekend as my church runs all of our music and video from my laptop. I was told to bring it right over and they’d take a look. Turns out it was a simple fix! After 15 minutes, I was good to go! Reasonable rates too. I’d recommend that anyone go here. And umm yeah….for the love…..skip Best Buy! Thanks for the great, prompt service guys! I’ll be back if I have a technology problem in the future!

I've had two MacBook Pros repaired at Leading Electronics and have been very satisfied with their service. The latest visit was a quick turnover and I was glad to get my laptop back in only three days. I'm also glad we don't have to drive all the way to Allentown to get good Apple support.

They took the time to understand our needs and explained options to upgrade my sons gaming computer. Extremely helpful, knowledgable, friendly and kind. Great prices compared to Geek squad. Will be back for any upgrades or computer issues we may have in the future.

Had a hardware issue with my MacBook Pro during the week of thanksgiving. Called other electronic stores in central PA and all were backed up 2-3 days behind. Called Leading Electronics and found out they were apple certified, could take my laptop the day I called, and get it repaired within 2-3 businesses days. Service was prompt and friendly, repair updates and other information were always relayed back to me, and their promise of a 3 day repair was met. Definitely will go here for repairs in the future!

Had my MacBook Pro 2016 screen repaired that was covered by Apple repair policy but was preformed by Leading Electronics. It was repaired in 1 day and the team totally cleaned my MacBook and fixed the sticking keys that I was having problems with as well free of charge. It was like getting a new computer back! They were a nice group, very fast, and went over the top to clean my computer so well.
