My experience was great. My son's Switch was being problematic but was fixed with determination and a bit of wizardry :). He double and triple checked to make sure everything was working before we left. He was thorough and very kind. He certainly knows what he's doing. I would recommend and go back again!

Joe took his time and explained everything he was doing when trying to fix my laptop (when the hinge froze and started popping my screen apart when opening it.) He was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. Within 24 hours, I had my device back good as new! Highly recommended!! THANKS, JOE!

Had an issue with the HDMI port on my son’s PlayStation 5. I called Joe , explained my issue . He was very professional , took time from his day off to get the PlayStation . He gave me an exact timeline on when it would be repaired & received back . It works great !! Highly recommend Electric City Repairs to anyone with an issue .
