J&M Computer Repair

A little late on posting this review, but I was in the middle of a repair and didn't have any thermal paste due to the thermal paste not being included in the repair package I ordered (it was suppose to be included, but it was inventory picking error at the warehouse). I called in and spoke with Jason to see if he had any on hand that I could purchase. He was EXTREMELY generous and lent me some to use the very next day. A great and a very generous guy! I look forward to his services in the future in the event I need some help troubleshooting issues. Support your local businesses!

This place is amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed 2 of our laptops. The one needed a part ordered, and it was fixed in less than a week. The other laptop needed something adjusted, and he fixed it on the spot. This is definitely a small business you want to use. I will return the next time I need something fixed. You guys are great!!!!

Awful experience..he fried my Galaxy 24 ultra..gave it back in peices...when all I wanted was screen replacement, he did that only work 4days first update stopped working took it back ran me around for 2 weeks got my phone back on pieces

Before Christmas, I was installing a new SSD and realized that I did not have a proper screw to install it. I called J&M to see if they had 1 that I could purchase. I was told to come in and help myself to what I needed at no cost. I got my screw and installed my SSD. J&M are amazing people, and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you for the generosity!

I have used these guys for multiple screen repairs and they are always professional and efficient. They get the job done so fast and are very affordable. I wouldn't trust any of my devices to anyone else for repairs. Best ever!
