Went to purchase a new eco tank printer and was having trouble deciding which model. Along came a sales associate with every question answered. Terrific guy with great suggestions. He was extremely helpful and even went through the steps to fill the tanks. BTW, this store has everything you need. From paper and inks to printers and computers. They even have a copy center including a do it yourself. So do yourself a favor and stop in. You can thank me later
