I should apologize for this tardy review as my laptop repair was a couple months ago. But this doesn't diminish how pleased I was, and am, about PC Innovations' service. Tom and Rachel provided a quick, reasonably priced repair breathing new life back into my laptop by cloning it.. truly like new again!!!

PC would flick on and immediately turn off. Tom identified that the power supply and SSD were fried (power surge from storm), but Tom was able to save the data on my SSD and repair my PC as if nothing happened. Extremely satisfied with overall service. Tom and Rachel's true desire to help shined through in every interaction I had with them. I know if I have any future issues or want to upgrade my PC I will most definitely be reaching out to Tom and Rachel for their services.
