Good price for a laptop screen replacement and the folks working were always pleasant and cordial. Perhaps it was the holiday season, but I continually had to reach out for updates regarding timeframes. At one point I called for an update, and they needed me to send a bitlocker code to continue testing the laptop. I would have liked to see a little more proactive communication.

Miller Tech did a wonderful job replacing my cracked Macbook screen! They explained everything well, responded quickly, and even assisted me/answered the questions about Mac setup after I got it back. Highly recommend them!!

After several hours of trying to fix a problem copying music files to E drive, and getting two different error messages - I surrendered and headed to Miller Tech. They figured out what the cause was - something I would have never solved using all the suggestions on the internet.
