Jukon-Tech Services LLC (Reading PA}

Called at 6pm on a Monday night when we discovered our PS5s HDMI port was broken. I did call around to a few other shops, which were a bit more expensive, and would need to be dropped off for 2-3 days. I called Jukon-Tech Services and was immediately pleased with both the estimated cost of repair (which was exactly what i was charged), and the owner told me I'd be able to pick the device up by the end of the following business day. When i dropped our PS5 off I was pleasantly greeted by the owner and the young man at the counter. They were very professional, honest and started inspecting the console right away. I got a call the next day, hours before I expected the repair to be completed, and he told me the console was ready for pickup. The owner was incredibly grateful for my business--which was quite heartwarming. He made it clear to me that he appreciates all of his customers and their business. This place was a win/win--- i love supporting a small business,and they were the most cost effective with a quick turnaround time for the console to be returned. I'd highly recommend giving them a call if you find yourself needing a repair for your game system/device.

Princewill has been an amazing person to work with. I ordered custom parts for a gaming PC build that (unbeknownst to me) weren’t quite compatible with the case size and other specifications. Princewill worked with me for hours to modify the build and ensure everything ran smoothly, explained everything he was doing, and never hesitated to answer questions / take further direction. He is extremely knowledgeable in all types of different tech, and clearly has years of doing it behind him. My build (by my choices) ended up being a bear of a process, but he never quoted me more or hesitated on the extra work. Since then I’ve had great experiences with other maintenance / upgrades. He is always extremely responsive and happy to help, and never upcharges me. Absolutely recommend for all of your PC or other tech needs.
