Tom and his team really came through for me. I spilled an entire cup of coffee on my keyboard and figured it was toast. Called Tom and brought my laptop in for diagnosis. What a great overall experience! Tom and team diagnosed and worked quickly to provide several options to get me back up and running. As a small business owner, having access to my network was crucial. Price was absolutely more than fair and turn-around time about 24hrs. I highly recommend the entire team at Tom's Help Desk - great service, great pricing, and an extremely satisfying experience!

I bought new Dell Latitude 3550 for them. They handled all my data transfer, added Quicken and MS Office. Very satisfied. Very seamless switchover. The office personnel and the tech people were very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I set up an appointment and was told that it is $90 for a diagnosis. I was 15 minutes early, but Tom saw me right away. After showing him my Surface Pro, he had an idea that it was hardware related. He confirmed his suspicion with three other techs. He came out of the lab and told me that he does not handle hardware issues. He would not take any money. I commend his honesty and integrity.

Lived here for 25 years and never knew about this gem of a find for computer repairs. Had an issue with my laptop i use for work and needed it fixed pronto. For a nominal fee they put me at the front of the line and repaired in one day. What i appreciated besides the friendly receptionist was they called me before doing anything and are very reasonably priced. Thanks Tom and the team!

My computer was running with Windows 10 (which will be phased out in Oct. 2025) but the audio was not working. I called Tom's help desk on Monday. Dropped the computer off on Tues and they called Wednesday to go over the problems. The computer working beautifully and has sound was picked up Friday morning. they went over every aspect of the changes and made sure I understood what was done and how to set it up at home. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to use them, excellent service.
