I love purchasing things at Staples. I purchase all my printer ink and paper there. I recently purchased a desk chair from Staples. I got a really good deal on it. I love their electronic items recycling program. It's a great way to safe dispose of items no longer needed. Plus, you get reward points for using this service.

This could’ve easily been a 1 star review if it wasn’t for John at the printing center. After scanning over a hundred photos in self-service as directed, John did his due diligence of checking all of them before we had them printed out. As it turns the self-service copy machine malfunctioned and all the pictures came out wonky. My sister and I were utterly disappointed given these pictures are for an upcoming family funeral. Given the situation, John refused to let us walk away disappointed. He worked his little tush off and had them all redone within the hour. Not only Staples but John personally deserves these five stars. Shoutout John thanks for making this difficult time a little less stressful.

Drove there to make an Amazon return, but they said they ran out of storage space and couldn’t accept anymore until the UPS driver got there. This driver was there loading up his truck, but they said it be a half hour to finish and accept returns again.
