Amazing customer service with one-on-one technical support. I was experiencing some software issues with one program I use quite often, and after hours on the phone with the software technical support team, I was told they could not assist. I called Grace Computers and received an appointment that same afternoon. Working remotely with their technician Elijah, I gave him access to my laptop and he resolved the issue quickly. Very professional and technically competent.

Earlier today I had a computer issue. Called and got Jen on the phone at Grace Computer. Within 2 hours I was at their location....getting hands on service. Luckily I had a technical issue they were able to fix while I waited ( SO Amazing !!). I also plan to bring my wife's computer over for some scheduled maintenance. Very pleased with the service, knowledge and transparency. Great local computer experts. Will surely be back. Thanks again for the Top Notch service/treatment/experience.

My laptop crashed, and it turns out the motherboard was to blame. Joe, walked me through the best options and helped me get a valuable file off of the computer. I wish the laptop hadnt died but Grace Computers helped me through this process. Great customer service, and I will be coming back for my next computer needs. Thank you!
