Needed a new keyboard/mouse and Mark was super friendly and helpful. He had a decent size inventory/options (I called ahead to check). He does repairs so I know where to go if I ever need. So glad someone told me about this little shop (over by Ollie’s). Shop Small! Shop Pottstown! 🙂

I dropped off a laptop for data recovery after it failed to power on. I was quoted an estimated time for the recovery to be 3-4 days with a vague price. After 2 weeks without hearing from the shop I called for an update and they had not started work yet. I gave them another week without hearing from them and picked up my laptop with no work yet started.

Outstanding service, Mark is extremely knowledgable and was able to clean and rebuild not only my desk top but my laptop as well. You can't find computer techs that can restore files and rebuild systems they all just want to clear it and have you start over. Mark is a talented technician and I strongly recommend him. Bill

Left my laptop there because it wouldn't boot. Two and a half weeks later I stopped in to see how it was going and, it seemed that it had been lost in the shuffle. 5 days later, including the weekend, I called and he said it was finished. I picked it up and it seems to be fine but, the charger that they sent back with it, isn't the right one for my computer. Now I have to go back again. The work wasn't bad but, very disorganized.
