My husband slipped on some ice and shattered his Galaxy S22 Ultra screen. They got his phone an hour before they closed and I was able to pick it up the next day! With having a semi older model of phone, it was nice to have it in stock and ready in less than 24 hours. Employees were great over the phone and in person. Great work, looks brand new!

Amazing! I went in there, regrettably, with only an hour left til they closed. I asked them to fix my nintendo switch lite, as I messed up the screen myself by putting it on wrong when I went to replace one of the joysticks. They quoted me until tomorrow to pick it up, but I asked if they would give me a call if they had it ready that night, not hoping for anything because at that point they only had 40 minutes until they closed. I get a call twenty minutes later saying that they fixed it and it was ready to be picked up! I was so thankful that it was done within basically 20 minutes, even though it was an easy fix. Great customer service! Very helpful and quick! Thank you!

The work being done was warranty work through Samsung. First visit on location they did not have the part and had to order it second visit to get the phone actually fixed when Park came in the location system was down and they could not log in my phone 3 days later I had to come back finally they were able to use their system to log in the phone and work on it it was done in about 2 and 1/2 hours. The problem that I explained to the first technician on the phone and the second technician was completely misunderstood by both I'm unsure what the communication problem was. The phone still is not fixed nor could they tell me any problems with the phone it is now going back to Samsung on a two-week turnaround for repair I would not recommend this company unless you have no other option. You might be better off just to move on and find a newer product to replace your broken one.
