Ryan was friendly, helpful, fast, and all around great. Went in with my new to me PC and he had it fixed same day, as well as did way more than I ever expected. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back in the future

This guy Ryan is a wizard. Five star service. Took the time to wait for me when I was stuck in traffic in an Uber just before he closed. I live an hour and a half from the shop and he was very patient with me. Really nice guy, diagnoses PCs, laptops, you name it... and addresses issues quickly, minimum 2 days. Fair pricing. Hardworking as well, I can tell how much time he puts into this business. Also gives good recommendations for tech as well. Highly recommended, this guy has been doing wonders for a long time, around 30 years. He is better than Geek Squad or any other related IT help service in Pittsburgh that you can think about. This is the #1 spot to get your computer fixed. He really knows a lot!

Ryan is a breath of fresh air, he helped me the day I asked him for help with a new motherboard swapped. My puppy turned off my pc during a bios update and it bricked my motherboard. Ryan was able to swap it no problem same day so I can be up and running again for work/games. He will do anything he can to make sure he makes his customers happy. He is informative and knowledgeable too. I learned a lot! I built a few computers before, but he really did teach me a lot. What mistakes I made and how to resolve it. He even went above and beyond and made sure my AIO fans were placed correctly. Was wondering why my CPU temps were also high.

Ryan was able to diagnose my issue with my gaming pc within 2 days of dropping it off. I went and followed his advice on what to replace, and it booted right up. Not to mention he did the diagnosis for free!
