Absolutely abysmal at making deliveries. Don’t offer grocery delivery to such a wide radius if you don’t have access to enough drivers to support that radius. Twice now my family has been stranded without our groceries for the week. Corporate chat agents just give you the run around. We’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on - from a long time loyal customer.

Flower department forgotten about.. plants are dry and dying. The employee in the garden section on her phone the whole time. Water the flowers for peeks sake. Your hired to do it. Hire better people or a nursery to take care of flowers.

Went in quickly to grab a few things and found everything pretty okay. They lose significant points for service, I purchased flowers and just wanted some paper to wrap them in. I asked a few departments before trying to find out where I could grab a paper bag. It led to me talking to a manager who was desperately clinging to that no more than .50c bag. Service here is not where it should be. I understand policies, what I don’t understand is choosing that hill to die on for a singular paper bag.

Thank you Dave at the meat department for going above and beyond to get the items from the freezer in the back of the store! It was still early in the morning and some shelves needed a few items, so I asked him if he could grab them for me from the back of the store and he paused what he was doing and got it for me. We may complain on a daily basis about big stores taking over small businesses and what not, but the people in these big stores are awesome and friendly, and that's what it is all about. Thank you for your hard work, guys, we see you and appreciate you!

There’s a red headed male employee working at check out 11/24 in the evening that has a Napoleon complex. I had to check out 3 separate times and get 3 separate receipts. He stops me before the end of my second transaction and arguing with me c calling me a thief before I even get a chance to swipe my card. Why don’t you just open more registers for these bored employees to have something else to do besides harass your loyal customers. I really wish that you would check the camera and see how I swiped everything that was in my cart. And yet still had to be embarrassed publicly by a teenager thinking he was at home on his video games able to talk to anybody anyway he wants.
