He provides that level of ease, access, communication, and support. He just built me a new Windows 11 PC which perfectly meets my particular requirements, and made the whole process remarkably easy for me. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Oh my goodness, I can't say enough good things about my experience working with Steve. He was incredibly easy to work with, responsive to all messages, generous with his time and expertise, and the quality and care he demonstrated with the reconstruction of my PC is totally next level. I found Steve's company on a google search, and I took a total leap of faith on him when my graphics card just up and died unexpectedly. If you are having computer troubles and looking for help, take this as a sign that Steve will take GREAT care of your rig. He's made a customer for life out of me.

Steve was fantastic to work with!! I had a PC that needed a case swap and was too afraid to do it myself. Before scheduling a time, he even researched a question I had to be sure that everything would go smoothly. He came and picked up my PC on Friday and had everything swapped over by Sunday afternoon! He kept me updated the entire time and called me immediately as soon as he found something wrong with the case, as well as let me know when he began working on it and when he was nearly finished. Not to mention, he had the most reasonable prices for what I needed that I could find in the area. Super down to earth person and will definitely go back to him in the future for all my PC needs! I am so happy that I went to him for this!

Very highly recommend SS Custom PCs. Steve the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The entire operation start to finish was a breeze thanks to Steve. Dropped off my PC for a case swap, and wanted to add 9 fans to my setup. Steve was quick and efficient and kept in touch throughout the process. Will be returning for all PC needs in the future!
