All the employees are so friendly! They truly enjoy helping you. The most annoying thing is when you go to a company and the people are mean... I've been going to ninja for YEARS and have never had that happen. Everyone is very helpful, nice, respectful, and happy to help for whatever you need! ♥️ please check out ninja before going anywhere else. You will not regret it! They are all around amazing!

Pittsburgh, this is our one stop shop for a variety of items from electronics to everyday necessities. Modern day, radio shack, Ninja electronics sells, fixes and even house some hard to find items; especially, during the holiday season. Expect to be greeted by friendly staff and your needs to be met. Prices are fair and sometimes negotiable. Highly recommended paying this place a visit anytime you are in the down town area.

My I phone would not even turn on. I work through my phone and it’s all the tech that I have.I couldn’t afford to get a new phone and I didn’t know all my passwords. I brought it here and they diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. I needed a new charge porthole. $50 dollars was the charge and it was done in an hour. Super good customer service. They saved me alot of money, time, and hassle. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone with phone problems.👍👍👍👍👍
