Fix & Repair

I came here for a new charging port for my phone. I was told I could come in any time after 3:00 on Friday to get the repair done. At 3:10, I arrived and was told, unapologetically, that I could try again after 5:00, and I "must have misunderstood." I went the next day to get the repair done and was told it would take about 35 minutes. When I returned, I was told my charging port was fixed, but they broke my screen, did not have a replacement part in stock, and it was a holiday weekend, so it would be a few days. They seemed rather amused about it, and I didn't find it funny at all. I chose to get refunded for what I had paid for the charging port and went elsewhere to get a new phone instead. My partner took apart my old phone and he said the screws on my screen were tightened so much they were stripped. That makes me think these guys don't know much about the delicate nature of technology assembly. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to get your phone fixed.

Fast, courteous, professional and friendly. I needed a new charger port for a Samsung Galaxy. The part was ordered and came in 3 days, and it was replaced in 1/2 hr for $89. It works great and I'm so glad to not have to buy a new phone. Even the guy at the Verizon store told me to go to this kiosk! I had several people tell me if good experiences here and I'm glad my experience was great too! Highly recommended!

The screen of my computer cracked, causing a bunch of horizontal and vertical lines and a glitch that distorted the lower 2/3's of my computer screen. This made my computer almost completely unusable. I was told to expect a price from anywhere between $300 to $500. I was able to get the repair here for $329, which wasn't bad at all. It took about 3 days for my part to get in and only 1 hour for them to repair. Everyone was super nice and took the time to ensure everything was working properly before I left. I later came back because of a weird cracking noise and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was alright(it ended up just being that the glue issue and nothing to worry about). I would 100% recommend this talented group to anyone needing a repair and I would use them again!
