Extremely disappointed with the service at the South Village Apple Store. Despite being a loyal customer for 12+ years, I was treated with utter disregard. On two separate occasions, the staff failed to provide even basic attention. One representative abandoned me mid-conversation to take a break, while another promised to return in 5 minutes but never came back. As a long-time Apple fan, it's sad to see such a blatant lack of customer care. Hope they step up their game soon.

Worst staff. Checked in for an appointment I made and they ignored me for over 45 minutes. No updates, no check ins. Just checked me in when I arrived and pretended I was invisible for 45 minutes. I literally just needed a replacement iPhone (per support) and stupidly thought this would be faster than an express mailed phone. I wasted over an hour of my day coming here. I even brought a bunch of old items to trade in. Forget that! Why even have appointments if the store is going to ignore them?! I’ve been to many Apple Stores over the last 20 years, and if they’re busy (they weren’t that busy), people will manage two support issues at the same time. Maybe get an assessment of your issue before determining best approach. I expected to wait 30min to an hour after having that assessment. But no one saw me. Just useless.

This store is a mixed bag. I was there about a year ago and no employees interacted with me or anything. But recently when I went to check out the new products they seemed nice and asked if I needed assistance. If you have a bad experience come back on another day or talk to a different employee.

I just fixed my iPad the employees said was irreparable. I brought my iPad in to repair because it died and wouldn’t recharge. They wouldn’t even look at it. After an almost hour long wait they asked what the problem was and immediately said I should just buy a new one. I said I wasn’t looking to buy a new one and asked if we could transfer the data from it to my phone even though it’s not the same account. They said yes and when they took me over to another employee I assumed it was to do that but instead it was to show me new iPads I already said no to. So I asked that employee how to transfer the data, which took awhile because every time she would just cut me off and say that “If you have the same account on your phone you can access it there” then go right back into the rehearsed sales pitch. Then she repeatedly demanded to know why I didn’t have the same account on both and wouldn’t move on so I left. Anyway it just needed to be plugged in to another device and reset before updating. Now it works. Thanks for nothing.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The tech was wonderful and made us feel like she actually cared. Our issue was a bit complex, not a quick fix, but she made it as stress-free as possible.
