Ross at this location was incredibly helpful and attentive as I dealt with a frozen phone that has plenty of important documents, calendars, my entire life practically. Very efficient too! All done within 10 minutes of closing time.

I had a malfunctioning apple pencil. Went in and within a few minutes someone helped me. I didn’t catch their name but they determined my pencil had a battery issue and got me a replacement for $30!! I was expecting to have to pay >$100 for a new pencil. The customer service was so quick and friendly. It honestly made my day better!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from one of the top organizations called Apple They literally tried to put some flowers and Fruits in our years when we reach back to them with a concerns I bought Apple 15 Pro 256 blue titanium on 26th of April at the store and after five months The phone automatically getting turned off, turned on Alsosending some messages automaticallyIt is directly taking some pictures without any permission or any action on. It literally is doing whatever it needs within the couple of days, the phone battery has been buzzed out where it separated, my display and the bodyso I have reached back to the customer support team. They tried wasting my time in booking an appointment in a different location where they cannot help me out, even though I have been to those places where they tried booking my appointment and wasted my time the customer support team was helpless even after talking to them for more than 42 minutes they’re trying to compromise me with the issue, which I’m facing. after showing the phone to the people who are working in the store, they were telling me that the battery got bulbs out, and some unwanted gases will be going out. You don’t need to bother about it. My cousin was like if something happens with this phone in my hands I mean, I don’t wish that to happen but if if it gets blasted out or something else happens, are these people going to be responsible for the damage which I have faced? They were simply telling me that they cannot do any help and that the only the gas is the bad gases. They are trying to get out of my phone. It seems. I don’t understand that people were trained to talk about the gases inside the phone Thanks for your service and support will never trust Apple again

Went there to get a new phone. They completely botched the transfer and deleted everything on my old phone before it got to the new one. I’ve never had any issues when transferring stuff myself. Luckily I had a backup that was a few weeks old but still completely unacceptable how incompetent the employees are. Way too focused on trying to get you to by the “latest and greatest” instead of providing quality service. They didn’t even give me an apology or offer a discount for messing stuff up and having me sit there for almost 2 hours while they did nothing.

If you have a pick-up order, don't choose this store. They insist a QR code scan even if you have an order number and an ID. I had an issue with my order and my QR code wouldn't show in the email. They refused to release the iPhone even after the official Apple customer service confirmed my order and said they should release. I had to cancel my order and buy a new one. Although the people here are nice, this policy left me a really bad impression on the store. Besides, they know very little about eSIM activation especially if you are on a prepaid plan.
