I had a good experience coming into the store and trading in my older iPhone. I was assisted by Tim and Jay who both went above and beyond and made sure that I didn’t leave without having all of the information that I needed. I was also made aware of advertising that Apple can do for small businesses that I didn’t know about.

Hayley, Dan and Mecca and Jake with the long hair were super helpful and patient with assisting us with our Apple device (iPad) and giving clear and easy instructions for recovery. I really appreciated how they were kind and patient—especially patients .

I had a fantastic experience at the Apple Store thanks to Travis! He was incredibly chill, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. He helped me trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max and guided me in purchasing the iPhone 16 Plus. Travis was super helpful when it came to picking out a case, patiently waiting while I made my decision without any pressure. He really took the time to ensure everything was backed up in iCloud and double-checked my settings before transferring my data, which made the transition seamless. On top of his technical expertise, Travis was genuinely personable, and I really enjoyed chatting with him. His dedication to customer service truly went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—thank you, Travis!

I usually have a really good experience here… Even without having an appointment at the genius bar. I happen to swing into the store just so they could fix my Apple Watch because for some reason the dictation was turned on the guy at the front proceeded to tell me that he couldn’t help me because he was watching the door while he was still looking at my watch and touching it and I said to him three separate times that I could just go to the back and wait for somebody to be available he was very frustrated. When he did not need to be, I was super polite and after 45 seconds he said “here fixed” I said okay thank you I had one more issue and he absolutely lost it he said “I’m watching the door!” “I said you’ve said that plenty of times and I offered to speak with someone else or get on a waiting list” none the less someone chimed in that it was a cellular issue. All could have been avoided. If you’re watching the door please just see the person to someone available. I get it, it’s the holidays but I’ll be doing everything not to step foot in there.

Terrible customer service. We were very patient waiting for assistance to buy the iPhone 16 pro. When we finally got assistance the lady wouldn’t look at us during the entire conversation and just zoomed through the entire explanation. She didn’t clarify anything we asked and rushed us through the entire process and got annoyed easily over questions. If your job is going to be customer service then have some please.
