Never again....not only did they make me wait 25+ min for a phone that they couldn't fix, after dropping it off for a new screen, I return to being upsold on a new battery (which I didn't need before hand because my phone could hold a charge, barely, but it was working fine for me.) Not only that, but when I took my phone apart myself I noticed screws missing. Now admittedly my battery wasn't great, and my phone could still turn on however once they worked their magic it won't stay on. I'm never trusting this place, I typically go across the street to phillytronics but they were closed and I needed the work done asap. I also noticed the person fixing my phone wasn't wearing any anti-static shocker which might have did something to my battery but I'd have no idea. Like I said to start, never again. Make sure people aren't stealing your parts and upselling you on services!

My grandson bought me a replacement phone here that does not work. We offered an exchange that would've been completely un beneficial to us, however they were still of no help after promising the phone would work on my network. Please stay away, they will take your money

Great customer service here. My IPhone 7 was fixed in under 30 minutes! The finger scanner still worked, thankfully, after deleting my previous prints. Good deal on Black Friday, affordable prices every day. Thanks again.

The people there are very nice and did repair my iphone screen quickly but the screen they used is horrible! My display is noticeably dimmer, which makes me turn up the brightness almost to the max which drains my battery. Along with this, when I scroll, the screen shakes. When I tap certain icons they don't work and I have to touch them multiple times before it works. They are cheap ($70) for a reason. I can't comment on other services, but avoid at all cost for screen replacement.

This store sells stolen merchandise. I went into this store and purchased a phone because mine was broke. I purchased an unlocked andriod phone. While in the store we transferred my old Sim card to the new phone and it worked so I paid. A hour later, the phone didn't work. I called my provider and was told the phone was a stolen phone. I immediately went to return the phone and was told by the sales rep that I should of purchased a more expensive phone and they don't do refunds but offered to replace the phone with a used older model.
