The address is a little misleading but once you get there it's a spartan electronics repair shop. Specialists in Samsung and other Android devices in the sea of iPhones. The technicians are polite and upfront about the support they provide including time-frame and pricing. Insurance is offered but there's no hard sell. The work has a warranty and was done on time and well.

I worked with Abby at the Philly store. Not only did she help me with everything I needed and then some she was also so kind and caring. I was Super impressed. We need more people like her in this world. You all should be very grateful to have a human like her working at your store.

My phone randomly stopped working the other day and the manager here, Abby, became personally invested in helping me fix it. While the phone was unfixable, she submitted a claim for me and was able to get me a new phone the next day for free. Abby did all the leg work and I got a new phone! So thankful for her patience and persistence. The other person working was also super friendly, though I didn't catch his name.

Got amazing help with a locked Samsung Galaxy that someone had accidentally put an unknown password on. Could not figure out myself with factory reset or anything, but the professional here really knew what he was doing. I would have otherwise had to send it away for weeks to try and get it fixed by Samsung.

Was great. They were able to replace the keys that were broken. No small task since now replacement keys break when you install them. 😿 Communicated all steps to me. Very much worth the cost.
