I had an issue with the power supply on my Toshiba laptop and he was able to solve my issue in under 5 minutes. When you walk in, you get the very distinct feeling that the employees here live and breath computers. If I have any issues with anything computer related, this will be my default place to go. Also their pricing is VERY fair. Like... don't know how they aren't a national chain yet fair. Love these guys!

I took my Dell laptop here. It needed a new caddy, hard drive, and operation system (windows 7). The guy that took care of my was very nice and professional. He constantly kept me updated on the status of my laptop and let me know what parts he needed to order and how long it would take. My laptop was done within a week. I totally recommend!
