This was my 3rd stop looking for a place to fax important documents. Why I didn't start here in the 1st place I'll never know. The gentleman who answered the call in the printing department was great. The ease of faxing was excellent. The absence of a better-organized line was apparent. One lady was cutting with scissors and taping together her job taking an extended amount of time back and forth from the center island to a machine. One broken machine and one stuck on not having anyone pay caused a slight delay. The only other reason for 4 stars was cost. A 1pg fax long distance was $4.39. A wrong dialed number cost another $4.39. Yikes I say. Also you need a card to prepay for services.

I would honestly give my entire interaction at this location no stars if i could. My experience Two days before Christmas was absolutely appalling! I go to Staples all over this city to drop off packages for my Four Businesses. Especially this location. December 23, i went to drop off a small package; already labeled & ready. I did not need a receipt. As i walked in, One of the print department’s employees (short, had braids) told me amazon returns was closed. I replied that my package wasnt an amazon return and patiently waited at the counter to be helped. As I patiently waited, i saw the shorter employee beckon the other employee (tall-ish, Caucasian) to the back to talk for about 10 minutes as i was still waiting to be helped. Both then came out and rudely stated that the whole shipping side of the print department was closed. I replied that i didnt need any receipt and that my small package was already labeled. She impolitely & condescendingly repeated once more that, that it did not matter and to come back tomorrow (Christmas Eve) to drop it off again . There was an elder gentleman waiting patiently behind me as well; who she also rudely & impolitely addressed him; as “you too”. I was then forced to drive to Staples down Columbus Boulevard (about an hour away with traffic) to drop off my package; which that Staples did successfully take. Being someone who used to work in a print department, this was one of the nastiest examples of customer service i've seen so far. I am astonished & bewildered at how these two individuals have been chosen to reflect the store ; & even more to see such disregard for their customers during holiday season. They seemed even proud to display this behavior. Therefore, I will no longer be conducting any further business at this Staples location and will make sure to let all my business contacts know of these services & the “values” of this location.

Hours on the website said they’re open till 8 pm for the store and 8:00 for the copy services. I had four copies to make on card stock. So just 4 sheets of paper and they said this area was closed and I’d have to come back in the morning even though their hours say different. Since they refused to do it I had to buy 1000 sheets of card stock. Pretty lame and I’m disappointed in the service.

This is honestly one of the most poorly managed Staples I've encountered in my life. There are never people there to staff it, and the hours for Amazon drop-off change arbitrarily. I've been trying to return the same packages (because I surely learned to never try and print here again) three times, and each time there's a different reason the counter is closed and I cannot drop off packages. A mess.

Do NOT drop off your package at this location for either UPS or USPS, it will get lost. I just lost 5 packages that I dropped off on 9/14, it's been 2 weeks, the post office did not receive them. Drop your packages at this location at your own risk
