Here’s a draft for your review: “Extremely disappointed with Power Bell. I went in to get my phone screen replaced, and the screen they installed turned out to be faulty. Within minutes, it started glitching and eventually caused further damage to my phone. They never removed the plastic before putting it back together and when I called back to address the issue, they refused to take responsibility, claiming there’s no warranty on their product or service. To make matters worse, they offer no refunds either. Now I’m stuck with a damaged phone and out of pocket for their poor-quality repair. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!”

Best and Fastest job ever!! Very pleased! I ABSOLUTELY recommend using them. It was very late at night and I needed my phone for a long drive early the next morning. Shiva was very kind and reassuring. She fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes. She even made sure to show me it was working before I left. I couldn’t be happier with the amazing service and job well done. This place is a hidden gem. The next issue I have, I won’t hesitate to call them! And best of all, they’re Open 24 hours!!! Yay!!! Thank you SO much Shiva 🙏🏻

This business is a life saver. They're open 24 hours and will fix your phone quickly in an emergency. The service is excellent. They are family owned and operated from a home so it is definitely a bit of a hidden gem. Just make sure to have cash on you.

I took my phone in for a back glass replacement and new screen. My screen is still cracked in several places and the lady who took my phone for repair installed a screen that was of much poorer quality than the original IPhone screen. They overprice and have terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and take this to an actual shop. They operate out of their living room. 0/5

I went to this repair shop that was out of this woman's house. I thought oh cute a little hole in the wall. She told me she could get me 2 different kinds of refurbished screens and they both would essentially function the same as my old screen (this was a lie). I gave her a 100 dollar deposit. Left, came back and before I properly looked at the phone I gave her the other 85 we agreed on. Ik this was stupid. Then AFTER I paid she told me the power button on my phone was not working. It was working when I brought it to her but now it's not working. Me being conflict avoident, I said ok and went home hoping the button would magically fix itself. Between her house and my house the phone died and without a power button I couldn't turn it on. I contacted her and she started sending me videos on how to repaire it myself... after spending nearly 200 dollars for HER to repair it I'm now spending hours just to get it to turn on. Eventually she tells me to come tomorrow and she'd turn it on. I bring it back and tell her I need a working power button she said give me 10 mins. Ten minutes later I'm back and she says I can't fix your power button. I said what happens if my phone dies again. She said don't let it die and if it does follow the videos. I wanted to scream. She then said I can give you 20 bucks and a new phone case and a discount the next time my phone is broken. She went upstairs said sorry don't have a case, gave me a crumpled 20 from her pocket and shut the door. I wanted to cry. I feel so scammed. The screen has a white cast and the power button doesn't work. This is a terrible place and I will be reporting on Zelle as they are not a registered business. Don't go here spend that extra 30 at an actual business.
