Had the back glass on my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro fixed in about 3 hours after the insurance through our cell phone provider refused to repair it, and for the best price around. Friendly & professional. Phone looks just like new. Would definitely return if I ever have a need again

My husband got a new phone that ended up getting cracked. We went to Phone “Pros” (if they can even call themselves that) and they fixed the screen. After two weeks, the phone slid off the couch and absolutely shattered. We called and they said come in and they can fix it in their South Philly store. We went to their store in South Philly just for them to send us back up North because they didn’t have one. When we went to the store in North Philly and they took a screen off that they just put on someone else’s phone and put it on his (red flag!). They told us the screen has a warranty as long as it is not cracked. That very next day, there’s a huge black spot on the bottom of the screen. It wasn’t dropped, no cracks or nothing. Just woke up and it was there. This is very obviously a manufacturing issue or they didn’t put the screen on right. He went back to today and now they refuse to fix it under the warranty they said it had. The man kept saying his boss won’t allow it and that he has to pay to get it fixed. Even though we have already given them close to $400 in business to both of their stores. The customer service was awful and obviously they aren’t professionals in fixing screens.
