Alex helped me get my laptop battery replaced in under 24 hours, allowing me to not miss any work. Apple quoted me almost double the price and they would need my computer for 4 days. Who can go 4 days without their computer? I will be taking all of my electronics to PTR going forward. Its refreshing to do business with someone who lives up to his word, communicates effectively, and is competitive on price.

Amazingly helpful. I work in design but sadly have very little tech knowledge. I walked in with my desktop on the fritz and not a clue as to the cause. My machine is back up and running like new.
