Their stuff is overpriced, and they're never available when you need them, you have to make an appointment, but you can never make a same day appointment, even on days when I've stepped in the store and they're doing absolutely nothing. On top of that they mainly cater to Apple users so if you're an android user, don't waste your time.

Okay, I give up. After going there on 4 occasions to purchase an iPad Mini 7, I have decided to forego my employee discount and simply purchase from an Apple Store. Every time I show up I get a different store around the availability of the device. Now I can't even find someone to help me to order the device. I am giving them this rating only because they are always friendly even though you get a different answer each time you visit or call.

Very professional, Joe, Darrell, and Robert were all huge help. I need to get a trashed computer for a prop for one of our Student Films. After back and forth, a TU I.T representative said to go to the OwlTech center. Not only were they more of willing to look into it, but they actually delivered on and gave the decommissioned computer tower to be used for. Again huge shout out to these guys, I honestly did not expected such good service.

This was my first time going to OWLTech to purchase something, and honestly the experience exceeded all my expectations. I’ve never owned an Apple Watch, but Robert assisted me sincerely and went out of his way to make sure I walked out with the version for me. Now, this might seem exaggerated or over the top, but I have never experienced customer service such as this. Whatever your concerns or questions may be, Robert will be the guy to help you see it through!

Super great resource to have as a student and as an alumnus. Robert and the Owl Tech team were super kind about understanding my needs getting me the tech that I needed; they even called me to offer me a loaner when shipment times took longer than expected. I’d def recommend!
