I want to start off by saying the front desk white girl with jack black hair is the rudest person I ever encounter. This place would lie to you rob you and give misleading information. They also selling android phone screen for apple's product. Also the screen will break shut down completely or get frozen to where you can't do anything on your phone at all. I spent hundreds of dollars to find out y'all are scamming people hard earned money. Please check your business and staff team . The white girl that works the front desk need more customers /communication training and skills. I guess that's why you have armed security and they no good they to trigger happy. This store is just always a bed vibe

Got my screen replaced now my phone cut off and come on when it want too randomly. On top of my Apple Pay no longer working when I go to tap my phone when it’s time to pay. You better off using Apple Care! If I could do half of a star, I would.

if you buy a phone here, it will work for about a week or 2 and then something will go wrong. Went back and got it replaced just for something else to go wrong with the replacement in about another 2 weeks. Not playing this game, I need a phone for work. Just go somewhere else. If you hear any rumors about this place, i would just assume they are 100% true. Wish I listened.

I DONT RECOMMEND!!! Last time I came here and got my phone fixed he didn’t even fix it all the way. He literally gave me my phone with a rubber band around it & the screen sticking out at the top. 2 weeks after my phone blacked out randomly. I come back to the store and they acting like they don’t know what to do and just had bad attitudes about it. Now I take my phone somewhere else to find out they gave me a fake battery. I can’t even get my money back either. I don’t even wanna give one star cause my service was horrible.

This place has a crummy environment unfortunately. But icome here cause there work Here is great the staff is really knowledgeable and helpful i went in for A activation and md that was fast and smooth had no hassles in and out like ncothing was wrong . But there was a Bunch of ppl standing around outfront, making the place look unsafe. Bums askin for money and crack heads selling cigarettes drugs food stamps etc. The business here is at a good location only real problem was the parking its all street no handicapped nothing parking walkway bathroom. All in all the place works well the atmosphere is weak . But they get the job done
