Hi everyone, Ok so I came in yesterday to get the screen on my phone fixed, and you were able to replace the screen very quickly, which I appreciate. However, the replacement screen wasn't the right one, and the phone went to black about an hour later. I brought the phone back, and you were able to fix the screen again the same day. Unfortunately, the same problem happened again a few hours later. I will be coming back into the shop today at 12pm to get this issue resolved once and for all. Accidents happen, but I'm hoping this is the last time I have to bring my phone back to be fixed. On the plus side at least we get a lifetime warranty for any technical issues that happen after repairs are made------------ I will update my review if you guys are able to solve the problem without me having to come back in the same or next day. Update———Hey guys, so unfortunately when I went back to get the problem resolved all they did was factory reset it and the issue continued on for days, I had to go to Philly wireless because I needed a new screen entirely and since then it’s been working great

They don’t stand by their work, and you have to keep paying repeatedly with no guarantee of a fix. I took my computer in to get the "o" key fixed. They did it quick and it was $10 so I gave them a $5 tip. He tld me nt to touch the key so the glue could dry so I didn't try it in the stre or for a day or s after. When I did try it the key only worked intermittently. I came back a week later and asked them to look at why it wasn't fixed, they wanted to charge $20 to "fix" it again. I asked why I had to pay a second time when it wasn't done right the first time and he didn't answer. I asked would happen if it didn't wrk again, he said it wuld be anther $20.

These guys are great. I had a faulty new screen and they replaced it in 25 minutes for no charge. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

A+ experience right off the bat. A few other places I called immediately said no when I told them I had an LG that needed to be fixed. When I called Mr Fix, I instantly got a super reasonable price and time estimate. Dropped it off and picked it back up within an hour and my phone was back and better than ever with a lifetime warranty. I even got this really cool self healing privacy screen protector (highly recommend getting one) All in all I'm super satisfied, I'll even be bringing back one of my older phones (really happy about that, lots of memories on that phone I don't want to lose) and possibly my laptop for repair. I'll definitely be putting them on my list of recommendations. 10/10 Mike was super helpful.
