Gave them my laptop 3 months ago or more have no communication whether it was done or not. Sign says 11:00am - 6:00pm the store is only open to 4:00pm. Told me because of communication problems the fixing of my laptop would be free… THE LAPTOP WAS NEVER FIXED. Still had the same problems when we turned it on in the shop. Told them it was the SSD when bringing it to them and they didn’t even fix it. It’s either arrogance or stupidity or maybe both. So my laptop was at this shop for 3 plus months not fixed. I’m sorry if you have to encounter this place. I’m sure that these other reviews positive reviews are from friends or family.

This was the most positive experience I’ve had with an iPhone repair. My rear camera cracked on my 8+ which I was quoted as being a very pricy repair at most shops. iRepairWorks was the most affordable. Not only was the price reasonable, but the service was completed within 45 minutes. This will definitely be my go to place for any device repairs going forward!

I can't really speak highly enough of this place. They fixed my boyfriend's cracked iPhone screen while we waited, on a weekend for a reasonable price. The other day I brought in my PS3 which had a Yellow Light of Death and everywhere online it said it will never work again and these guys fixed it in less than a day and it works so great and smoothly. So far no problems at all and I didn't lose any data or my favorite game! Thanks for fixing things promptly and with such care and for a reasonable price. I was nearly going to buy another PS3 for more than what I paid for to get this one fixed, and I would have lost my favorite game and I wouldn't have a backwards (PS2) compatible one anymore.

I am updating my initial review from 1 stars to 3 stars. The only reason I am not doing higher is because there was still the issue of not returning phone calls. That being said I just picked up my ps4 and the gentleman was polite and honest about not finding any issues with it. He even gave me a free cord. Overall my experience was improved upon but still a shame they can't return calls or else I would have left a 5 star review.

Please don’t waist your time and money on this place. My husband took hip MAC laptop for screen issues, he paid almost $500 to have it replaced. It took weeks to get it back, but the problem was even worse than before it was replaced. We took it back to them to fix the issue 2 months ago but we still haven’t gotten the laptop back. We tried calling them so many times, they don’t answer/return calls and their website wasn’t accepting any messages/emails. In between all the call attempts, I also went there on a week day/business hours, but they were closed. After many attempts to reach them, I was finally “lucky” to stop by during a day that they were open. I was told that the part was ordered and it’s coming from China, so it’s taking awhile to get here. He said they were going to contact us later that day for update as to when we can get the laptop back. It’s been a month since then, no one has reached out, they’re not answering our calls and it’s really frustrating. I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS
