i would give them a 0 if i could. this is the worst place ever if you want anything repaired. I went to the exton location on January 5th to get a hinge repaired on my laptop. they have poor communication and don't know what they're doing. they're actually the most incompetent people ever. all they do is sit around with their thumb up their ass. i would never trust them with anything.

This is the worst company to go to. They closed the other location out no where no warning or even sign on the door. They couldn’t find my laptop for two months. After me calling and finally threatening to press charges they magically found it and it was not fixed. I called them they told me they could send it out to be fixed. I was hesitant but I paid for it to be fixed and it was not. They called me to tell me it was fixed. It was not. The owner was extremely rude and I was just told from staff that he has anger issues and no intentions on making it right. I went to a different store and my laptop was fixed within two days. Please think twice before dropping off your stuff to this company. They have a few locations be careful it is the same owner

I had a nightmare experience with this place. I initially went in to fix my iPhone 13 because there was liquid detected in the charging port and it was preventing my phone from charging properly. They replaced the charging port but it did not fix the issue. They also tried replacing the battery. Fast forward a month later and I have had to go to and from this shop 15 different times and my phone is in worst condition than it started. The original charging issue was not fixed. The non-Apple parts in my phone were causing it to overheat. To top it off, the repair guy managed to break my NFC connector in the process of this all. I went to the Apple Store and they said it was beyond repair due to all the work done at iGeeks and that I needed to get a new phone. iGeeks told me they would issue me a refund for the repair if I returned the parts they put in my phone. I returned the parts and they claimed a refund was issued. However, over a week later my bank has received nothing about a refund. I wasted a month of my life at this place. Do not make the same mistake as me.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. I needed my laptop fixed & dropped it off to igeeks. when I went to go pick up my laptop after they had it for a week, it was still broken. They made me wait for the manager and I still didn’t receive the help that I needed because he never showed up. I was charged $150 & my laptop is still broken. Do not recommend 0/10. They will take your money! I can’t believe they are even still in business.
