This place is horrible. If you ever stop by philadelphia look at the reviews before doing business with any place, because they stole my screen and replaced it with a defective screen, they didn't even put the screen on correctly and it was left with an air crack so you can even see inside the phone. Not to mention, all I needed was them to remove the power source and we plug it, but they took the initiative to swap out my screen which I previously mentioned and the motherboard. I asked him for my screen and they said they lost it ($20 worth, brand new screen that had nothing wrong with it), and now my phone is permanently on the loading screen and they completely reset my phone. Horrible business. They refused to give me a refund, they changed prices from $102 to $70 (meaning the prices change on the person you meet at the store) when I talked about the amount I paid, and the wait time is unbelievable. I literally have evidence proving the claims of the response wrong. The reason why I said optional in my previous message is because everyone is free to do whatever they wish (I'm just posting my personal opinion and experience) The reason why you don't have any returns is because the people there refused to give back the money and make excuses.

They don’t know what they are doing. The man that works the desk doesn’t know about customer service and he is a liar. The women that work there are rude and have turned up faces. Don’t take your computer for services. They don’t know how to service Mac computers, but lied and said they could. They kept my computer for 2 weeks and tried to charge me $100 for the service, but when I called about having it looked at, they said it would only be $25. I had to demand my $75 refund to which they wanted me to get a store credit. I didn’t accept that and they had no choice but to credit the money back to my card. If you don’t speak Spanish or of Spanish decent they will be rude and ignore you. Worst company ever. Don’t waste your time.

This phone repair store is trash. This man basically destroyed my iphone 13 pro max. I took my iphone in for water damaged when i got my phone back i was told to get a new sim card from at&t this man stole my sim card and sold my service to someone else. This man took my real iphone camera and my battery says 0% remaining it wont charge . this is the worst experience in my life. This is a scam and he needs his business taken away..

This man is horrible he will fix your phone but cause it more problems in the long run! He uses low quality screens which eventually give out! He charges an arm and a leg just to not fix what the problem was. I got a screen replacement and ended up with more than one problem after that my screen goes out every other day! Don’t go to this place save your money and your phone!
