John is the man. Diagnosed my issue quickly, let me know what needed to be done, and what cables I should look for to bring in that he needed so I could save money. His communication is superb. Had me right in a less than 24 hours. Cable management is solid. Pretty up front, and as clean as possible in the back. If you need a tech work, he is definitely your guy.

I haven't been this impressed with a business in a long time. I bought a new computer from them. The owner, John, gave me a price hundreds of dollars less than the computer I was going to buy from Amazon. He customized it to exactly what I wanted for very little money. He was friendly, honest and the customer service was amazing. In a world where you are lucky to even get what you paid for this guy is the real deal. You never know when your computer will end up giving you issues, and you struggle with it and then look for a quick solution to get you back on track. I could have gone to numerous computer repair shops for a computer upgrade, I went to GSI and John took care of ghosting hard drive and tuned up my new computer. His knowledge and experience with computers is beyond excellent. I addressed my issues and he just took care of everything. For anyone in need with computer issues or upgrades, don't settle for any shop, GSI will take care of you. Scam , this dude didn’t even tell me a price from the start i though he was just checking it out for me and then giving me a price , then i call in to see how the progress is going and the dude was dodging my calls , he told me a day and then a week and a half later he calls me and tells me it’s finished , i get there and the dude is asking for 95$ , see this is the problem , he gave me the PC back the same exact way i gave it to him he didn’t fix a single thing and secondly he took a week and a half after telling me one day , after receiving the computer and plugging it in at home and discovering he didn’t fix a single thing i was furious , i started using chatgpt and other means to figure out what happened and i ended up fixing it myself, do yourself a favor go to someone more professional and to someone who won’t scam you and will actually care about fixing your stuff and not just getting paid
