THEIF!!! Don’t go here. I had HORRIBLE customer service and they messed up my phone repair! I specifically explained they could not take the water mark indicator off my iPhone and paid $70 for them to replace my screen. They give me my phone back and T-Mobile rejects it!!! They rejected Because this repair place took the water mark indicator off!! I come back to this location and explain what happened and reiterate that I asked specifically that they could fix it without taking the watermark. The cashier goes “you asked me you didn’t ask the repair guy himself” what?!? I hired HER she called HER repair guy. I asked for a refund - NOPE. Terrible service in this store and of course it’s suspiciously cash only. She was also clearly talking about me to other customers when I came in with a valid reason to ask for a refund. Don’t go here!!!! Rip off and terrible service. Plus she was completely antagonizing and rude! Didn’t even want to help me

After searching for something close to work with good reviews, I am happy to say this is the place. Very good customer service. The gentlemen told me $85.00 for Iphone 7 screen repair and it would take 2 hrs. Apple wanted $169.00 out of warrenty. Its been 3 days and so far so good. I was also given a 30 day warranty.

I have an unconventional "stock" mini-pc tower (ACER) that is not built for customization. I was looking to get a new power supply and graphics card installed in my PC. Eazy Computers & iPhone Repair Shop was able to install my desired items in a timely manner, and contacted me as soon as the installation was completed. When I took my PC home I had difficulties connecting my PC to my monitor via HDMI as I normally have. When I first called the shop to inform them that the HDMI cord was establishing a connection to my monitor as I had expected, they noted that I needed another cable to connect the two devices. As one would expect, I was upset that I would have to get another cable, but understood that this was the path to follow. Only two minutes later, however, I received a call back from the shop. The technician informed me that there were rubber casings covering multiple HDMI ports, and that I should be able connect the PC and monitor through the HDMI ports available through the the newly installed graphics card. I followed their advice and the connection established perfectly! I am not very tech-savvy, so having this level of customer service wherein the technician would take the initiative to call me back with a better answer than he had originally provided is superb. This level of customer support has firmly cemented me as a loyal customer to this shop. The technician is not only knowledgeable, but clearly dedicated to seeing his customers' experience through to satisfaction. This store is a sure fire way to ensure that you are satisfied with you experience, and I would recommend it to anyone.
