They went above and beyond the call of duty to try and resolve a difficult software issue. They also checked out my new (but used) computer to make sure there were no gremlins hiding in it. Updated it to Windows 11, transferred all my existing files, then created a virtual operating system (Windows 7!) that allowed me to access my old graphic files not supported by the new system, then made suggestions for economical alternatives to Adobe. (Curse you Adobe for not letting me use the CS3 software I paid good money for.) Everyone I spoke with was polite and helpful. I'm a senior citizen, and not that well versed in technology beyond the software I use. No one "talked down" to me, became impatient or took advantage of my lack of expertise. They kept me updated during the entire process. Plus, they're open 7 days a week and have hours that allow for afterwork drop off and pickup. I would recommend this company.

I was greeted by the very friendly owner. I had an older graphics card from almost 10 years ago and we made some jokes about how the young guy on their team would think it was a dinosaur. Ray came over, we chatted about me wanting to retrieve some files and get an upgrade, and the he said he’d get me an estimate within a day or two. Within 48h he gave me two estimates around the budget I gave. Parts took a long time to arrive but he was very transparent the entire way. Ray was a real professional and showed that their team is very customer-focused.
