I recently (sometime this year) needed to get a new battery for my MacBook pro which happened to be out of warranty (the battery was bulging out of the keyboard). It got good write-ups from Philadelphia Magazine, so I called them up, had a quote over the phone and visited later that afternoon to drop it off. Their lead times were said to be about 3 days, and true to their word it was ready by close of business Thursday. I picked it up that next day. The gentleman behind the counter keeps the doors locked and didn't appear to sell anything but he fixed my laptop. So no complaints from me. Can understand the locked doors though.

Visited here because it was listed as an authorized Apple servicer for ipads. At that time I wanted to avoid hard resetting and losing everything on my ipad which had locked me out and wasn’t even offering me the option of using apple id login. The man gave me the impression of being extremely dismissive of my situation and unmotivated help in any way. Was unbothered to ask questions to understand the issue, didn’t give any helpful info and didn’t seem to care. I’m glad I remembered to report a low rating for this business and feel vindicated to see some other similar ratings. I believe it is important for business to respect the time of customers and potential customers.

Highly recommended if you are an Apple product user. When my iMac crapped out, the first store I took it to just made matters worse. Bundy got me up and running within a day after dropping off! Personable, professional service!

I drove an hour to get my computer fixed here (after every other repair shop turned me down) and it was well worth the drive! Before discovering Bundy, I brought my 2017 iMac to an Apple store to get a memory upgrade (after already speaking to a support technician who scheduled an appointment for me). Even though I had an appointment specifically for an upgrade, the Apple “genius” told me it was impossible to upgrade my version. When I finally convinced them to research my model and see that it WAS possible they told me that THEY couldn’t do it, and that I should take it to an authorized repair technician. So I called an authorized Apple technician a little closer to me and they too proceeded to tell me that it was IMPOSSIBLE to upgrade my Mac and that no technician would do it. But I knew that it was possible, so finally after researching many videos on how to upgrade it myself, I decided to contact ONE MORE shop and that’s when I called Bundy Computers. David at Bundy was SO helpful and patient. He took the time to help me figure out my exact model (even waiting for me to start up my slow computer) and explained to me why most people will decline the upgrade. And because they knew I was driving from an hour away, they helped me arrange a time that was convenient for me and gave me an estimate of 3 hours for the upgrade (which was a pretty spot on estimate). My computer is now running so smoothly and I’m so happy I gave Bundy Computers a chance. Needless to say I would definitely recommend them!

I bought my MacBook Air from here two years ago and I recently had to bring it in for a repair and I could not be more pleased with the service. They technicians quickly repaired it and kept me updated throughout the process, they even helped save me $200 on a part I needed. When I picked my laptop up I noticed they even cleaned my dirty laptop for me haha. I recommend them to everyone.
