The team in this store is a well-run machine. It seems nobody is waited on you, but someone is always available when I needed help. As a first-time iPhone user, I learned a lot during the hour at the store. A special thank-you to Evan and Dre! Their professionalism and knowledge of the product impressed me the most

Fantastic service from Matthew tonight at Apple on Walnut! So kind and helpful, really enjoyed chatting with him as he helped me transfer data from one phone to another! He also talked me into the Vision Pro Headset demo- it was so cool- highly recommend trying them out if you have the time!

Stopped in to purchase an iPhone lightning cord to use in our new car. The sales rep was helpful in identifying the right cord. He also advised that we could exchange the cord if we had any issues with using it.We also had a smooth service experience when we needed to buy air tags for our luggage. I was helped right away and the Apple staff member did a good job in answering my questions so that I picked the best option for me. He did not try to upsell me, and was very patient as I hunted through my pockets and purse to find a misplaced credit card.

Ordered a 1700 dollar iPad. Showed up and the woman cancelled it right in front of me and said come back tomorrow we’re too short staffed to do online orders. Then asked about AirPod issues and told they don’t do Genius Bar appointments when they consider themselves understaffed. Useless store.. Went back today and had a genius bar appt THEY MADE friday for today and was told we just send all issues in, we dont have the time.. so im without the device for over a week now, and told me maybe you go to nyc and shrugged me off.

Wanted to get a new iPhone 16 and over 10 minutes in the store not one employee approached me. I left and went to the Ardmore location instead where I was actually greeted and had amazing service. Avoid this location like the plague.
