Brought my daughter's laptop here on a Saturday, hoping to get it updated and have a new OS installed on it. I'm far from being tech savvy, especially when it comes to computers. Fortunately, the owner was more than capable for the both of us. He patiently listened to what I wanted done, and worked diligently to complete the job while we waited. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, walking us through the process as he went. In the end, he finished everything I had asked him to and the laptop was better than new. He did suggest installing a new battery as it was not holding a good charge anymore. So I had him order and install that too. The price was extremely reasonable for all the services rendered. I highly recommend this honest, efficient, and dependable local business for all your tech needs. Plus they also do electronic recycling, if you need it. Keep up the good work!
