Those Apple Guys - Apple Computer Repair

Chip was great to work with. At first we had some confusion about upgrading my old laptop. We added a new battery and a few other things to make it work better, but realized we needed to take another turn. Chip was very apologetic about the confusion and he wanted to make things right at all cost. We worked it out and Chip found me a upgrade to my old laptop. Chip bit the bullet on some of the cost and found me something exceptional. I'm so happy with the service that was provided. Chip met me to hand deliver the laptop and I couldn't more satisfied. I believe this company is about satisfying it's customers above everything. As of today, I have a late model 2013 Macbook pro and most of my musician friends say I have the best laptop for music and other professional use. I will be using TAG again and I will refer as many customers as I can. Thank you Chip, this computer will allow me to make magical music for the masses!

Chip @ The Apple Guys is fantastic. He accommodated my schedule and worked quickly even through the holidays to help restore data off my old hard drive. I used Apple Guys about a year ago for my Mac desktop. I am a freelance art director/graphic designer and my Mac is my livelihood. When it died suddenly, panic set in. Chip was able to fix my computer quickly. I only ended up losing one day of work. He explained everything and even saved me money by having me go to the Apple store for a part that was under warranty. He even talked me through on how to handle the service dept at Apple and jumped on the phone with the guy from the genius bar. Above and beyond. Computer has been working great since. I am about to call him to refurbish an old laptop for my son.
