I had a great experience with Computer Medix! Tim was fantastic—dropped off my PC and it was fixed within a few hours. Fast, friendly service, and my PC is back to working perfectly. Highly recommend!

To be fair I hadn’t had interaction with the repairman, but on the website it says that most repairs are under 150 but I was charged more for a factory reset and a windows 11 replacement. I have done research and talked to people with a degree about it and it shouldn’t have costed that much, so unless you plan on spending over your budget for an over priced windows reinstall and a factory reset I do not recommend.

I called for help with my new gaming PC build and the guy talked to me like I was an idiot. Put absolutely zero effort into helping me. 30 seconds and he lost my business forever. I was trying to offer extra money to drop my parts off at 5:30-5:40 but the dude on the phone was too rude to let me talk so I didn't even get to make the offer. 6:15 was the earliest I said I could have gotten there that day. I could have made it there by 5:30-5:45 the next day if I took my parts to work with me and went straight there after without having to go home first. I was having trouble finding someone to assemble my computer and was trying to see if there could be a solution in the form of a few hundred extra dollars for sticking around a bit longer one afternoon so I could drop off my parts. A no I would have been ok with but talking over me, talking to me like I'm an idiot, and just being plainly rude created a problem.

If you are looking for a new PC customized to suit your specific needs, I can tell you without hesitation that Computer Medix is the place to go! I work from home a lot these days using several different graphic applications as well as rendering software and I realized I was going to need an upgrade to my outdated PC. Well, I stopped at Computer Medix and spoke with Tim about what I was looking for, and in a short while, he not only told me what I needed, but also told me what I DIDN’T NEED--thus saving me money on what I was thinking I had to spend to get a reliable system. I found him to be very knowledgeable, and he has a very honest approach and explains things very thoroughly. Within a day of speaking with him, he prepared a quote for me, and it was a done deal. The PC he put together for me is AMAZING, runs all my software quickly and efficiently and is more than enough to play any gaming software I want on my off time. In closing, I can’t say enough good things about it, so if a new PC is what you’re looking for, or if you’re upgrading an old one, Computer Medix is the place to go! Stop in at Computer Medix, I absolutely would not go anywhere else! Thank you Tim, for the best PC I’ve owned by far!

This was the second time I have used Computer Medix in less than a year. Last August was a routine yearly check up. This time my laptop, it was to remove infections, and he also cleaned and updated. Both time I have been very pleased with the work, the speedy return and the bill amount. Thank you, Tim & Computer Medix.
