There was a Staples employee who asked me did I need assistance. I explained what was going on & he asked me to describe what the issues were with my computer. He diagnosed what he thought the issue & how to solve it. The computer was available for pick up the next day. When I returned home & connected to the Internet the issues were gone. I found the Staples employees to be pleasant, listened to my description of the issue, explained what needed to be done & was corrected and back working in one day. If you need some assistance, forget about the Geek Squad & visit Staples for knowledgeable empeoples who you can trust to deal with you issue & resolve it.

Service was efficient and courteous. One of the items I sought (Ink for a rather old printer) was out of stock, so the staff helped me place an order for home delivery. It worked well and the ink arrived promptly as promised.
