uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Called for a replacement and installation of a battery for my iPhone. The man said he did have any for my type of iPhone and that it would need to be ordered and he would call me when it came in. That was two or so weeks ago and no call. So I called and left a message and my name and phone number. That was last week. No one had the courtesy to call me back. You would think they would want my business, but I guess not. Very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been to them in the past and have been a faithful customer. I may have to find another business that can help me.

Went there 2 times for simple issues, and BOTH times, they showed no interest in trying to help fix anything. First time I simply wanted to get and help apply a samsung official Z Fold inner screen protector (I was willing to pay for it) and they claimed they had none, and had no idea when they would be getting some... useless. Second time I went with a charging issue, they took it in back and claimed the repair would cost more than replacing the phone, i asked how much and they said around $1k, and then I reminded them my phone cost $2k, then made another excuse about some broken pixels that would need to be replaced, and i said I didn't care about the broken pixels just the charging, and at this point I could tell it was just excuse after excuse... they don't want to actually fix anything they probably just want a paycheck and go home... For a repair company, they seem to hate doing a repair... Edit: yeah.... how about addressing the fact that your employees didn't want to work.... the price wasn't the issue if you actually read my review.... they made excuses not to do the repair, and yes I will be going somewhere else for repair.

Went there cause they are samsung certified. They said it would take 1.5- 2 hours, when I came back within that time he said it would take about another hour. Came back and they said another 10 minutes. They said it would cost 290 for the screen replacement, but at the end costed a little over 360 bucks. Coupon for 20 bucks supposedly doesn't apply to my s23 ultra. Wouldn't go back, was better off trading it in for a newer model. The positive part is they did a great job on the screen replacement.

Get a second opinion after coming here! Went earlier this week and the guy was not interested in helping me. He just asked if I had insurance and told me my phone was out of commission. I went to a different place in Dickson city and they fixed my phone no problem! Stay away kind of a scam!

Such a friendly location and they did FAST and excellent work! Dropped my flip 5 face down on pavement last night and set up an appt through my Samsung insurance and was able to snag a 10am appt. I arrived promptly and learned Samsung had filed the incorrect claim (I needed the screen replaced, not the screen protector) and they immediately guided me in the right direction and I called the number and got the correct claim filed and dropped off my phone. They quoted me 3-4 hours. It was done in about 2 and is as good as new now. It's worth noting again that the folks at this location are so friendly and helpful. Having a phone all busted up and inoperable is frustrating, but kind service can go a long way to ease that frustration for me. If I run into this problem when I'm in the Scranton area again, I'll happily schedule my next repair through them.
