I brought in my new gaming laptop to be fixed because it repeatedly gets blue screen of death during certain games. You would think this would be a simple fix for apparent "experts" in the field, but they didn't even know what the blue screen of death was, I had to look up a picture online and show them. They ended up running stress tests and diagnostics on the PC and found "nothing wrong with it". Of course I still got the blue screen of death afterwards. So in summary, they essentially took my PC for 5 days, fixed nothing, and tried to bill me for it. This service is useless until they start hiring people who know what they're doing. Most of the employees there act like they've never touched a computer before in their lives.

I came to geek squad in monroeville and they wouldn’t even sit down with me to go over my problem on my computer. They didn’t know how to help me with a very common problem and rushed me out. It was a waste of time.

Called Best Buy to have Geek squad look at my computer. Lady on the phone could’ve asked if it was purchased through Best Buy so I didn’t have to travel an hour just for them to tell me that that don’t service pc’s that weren’t purchased through Best Buy…. Waste!

Called in to schedule an appointment to replace my galaxy phone screen, was told they could do it in under 2 hours. Once I got there and checked in i was told they would have my phone for 4 to 5 days.

I called the store number to ask a basic warranty question. The woman on the phone not only got me an answer quickly but she did not even mention that this wasn't in her job description, she just helped me and was so nice. I was more than satisfied.
