Two of my teenage boys broke their IPhone screens within 2 weeks of each other. Insurance sent me to CPR for the replacement repairs. It was a 40 minute drive and totally worth the trip. Both kids forgot to disable Find My Phone app, but they were able to solve that issue once I got their Apple IDs. The woman at the front counter was more than patient working through this issue. The repair was done and I am one satisfied father. A screen repair takes about an hour. One nice thing about this location is there are plenty of restaurants nearby to pass the time!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I went in for a phone screen replacement, and it almost feels like they cleaned my device while they were at it. I had a problem with the speaker that I never even mentioned, and it's no longer an issue. Could definitely have just been an unintentional bonus from fiddling with the screen, but I'm so happy. My receipt says that my reps name was Adam, and he took such good care of my device. Went as far as to put a plastic cover on my screen to protect from his fingerprints. Even attempted to transfer my screen protector over to the new screen. Above and beyond. Everything was taken care of so quickly. I can't recommend this business enough.

Great company. Nice selection of cases in stock. My son’s charge port wasn’t working, we set up an appointment. They gave me a price upfront. We got there, he looked at the port and was able to get it working and all is good now. I think we finally found an honest place to get our phones repaired. Sent here by squaretrade for a repair on a cracked screen for a galaxy s23. It was not fixed properly, and the phone now has trouble distinguishing between holding and tapping the screen every so often. (About every other day for a 5 minute period). I won't do just down to 1 star yet since that is reserved for places with rude people, and the people here are nice.
