uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Avoid at all costs! I was originally quoted a hundred and seventy dollars and one week to fix the screen. After the one week, I was told that they ordered the wrong screen and I would have to wait another week. Upon completion, I was told it was too ten before taxes.I had to pull up the recorded conversation before I was finally given the quoted price. When I got home, I found the damage to my computer that I hadn't noticed probably because I was distracted by trying to get the price I was quoted. There's a crack, a screw missing. Got a replacement screw and found out the part it threads into is broke off that's why the screw was missing. So to summarize, they tried to cheat me by overcharging me, took an extra week, broke my equipment and never told me about it. You're welcome to triuma your own risk just don't say you weren't warned.

If there was a negative star I'd give a negative one don't ever take anything there they are absolutely terrible and any reason they're there is to sell you insurance on your appliances in your house is basically how they get you in there I took my computer in there I told him I had to have it back pretty quick after 2 weeks they finally got me back after I called them repeatedly and they said they didn't know what was wrong with it but the power supply was not bad and they couldn't fix it so I had to go back and pick it up after 2 weeks. so I took it to another place Guess what was wrong the power supply was bad these guys had no idea what they were doing it's all about selling you insurance. They couldn't even give me a receipt for the computer so I had to give him my email I don't give my email to anybody but I needed a receipt for my computer so he can send me a receipt Guess what they sold my email and now I'm getting all kinds of garbage now thanks a lot.

I loved everything about this place! He was quick to fix my front screen, the customer service and conversation was great! I will be returning to get the back of my phone fixed soon.

Luke really helped me out with my Pixel phone.... I was in and out pretty quick and he was super friendly! I was also so impressed with how fast Luke can remove the Otter box case (takes me forever 😂) Thanks again!

Took in my son’s switch to have the charging port replaced. Everyone was super nice and knowledgeable. The price of the repair was far cheaper than having to replace the whole console and the turn around on the repair was quick.
