I contacted Shore Tech Repairs for an HDMI port replacement on an Xbox Series X. I was quoted and told to bring it in. I was told installation would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours and that they would also clean out the console of any dust/dirt while it was open + 1 yr warranty on the repair too. I live pretty far away but the reviews and response promptness for Shore Tech Repairs were great so my boyfriend and I made the trip. We arrived little late in the day and was made aware he was already repairing another console when I checked it in. We waited around the area (visited the nearby mall/shops) since we lived far away and called around 3 hrs later to get the status. I was told the console wasn't done but would be done early tomorrow. I was a little disappointed but understood things don't always work out on time. When letting them know our situation, he offered a discount to come back the next day. It was really appreciated. Coming back the next day, he let us know he accidentally factory reset the console during testing the fix and apologized. He offered the repair for free which was definitely not expected but, once again, greatly appreciated. A+ customer service and extremely understanding and kind. Will definitely come back for all my electronic repair needs!

He did a fantastic job! Kept me updated and let me know as soon as it was ready. Took him only 30 minutes to fix my phone screen. Would definitely recommend! Didn't rob me either, work was definitely worth the price (which in my opinion was super reasonable)
