Jose is very knowledgeable and has extensive experience with PC repair. He was able to troubleshoot a complex issue impacting my workstation and resolve the problem quickly so that I could continue with my work. He has excellent customer service skills, clearly communicating the results of his troubleshooting, the timeline and the repair options. He also understands how to communicate the technical details in a way that tailors the communication to the customers level of technical experience. I was very satisfied with the service.

Jose really knows his stuff and helped me with two existing computers and my new computer. From ordering to set-up, he was wonderful every step of the way. Jose was wonderful throughout the process of installing my new computer and transferring a huge amount of data from old to new. He came to my residence twice to implement and oversee that the process was completed to my satisfaction and took pains to orient me to the new system. Since this computer is used mainly for photo work (Photoshop), he transferred all possible photo shop plug-in and stand alone tools. At the beginning of the project, he assisted me in designing and selecting internal components that met or exceeded Photoshop's substantial requirements, which resulted in a customized system to meet my specific needs, as well as preparing the order information. All of this work was done at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend Jose to anyone, and plan to use his services for any future needs.

I can see why Just Simple PC's has 4.9 stars on Google reviews. My 3-year old HP laptop suddenly malfunctioned, I believe due to a corrupt program, that caused my laptop to have issues booting up and functioning properly when it did. José talked me through a diagnostics test and system restore to resolve the issue over the phone. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly, but he had a plan for next steps if that fix didn't work. Additionally, he was patient and thorough in answering all of my questions. He didn't even end up charging me for his time. José will be first on my list if I ever have any issues in the future and I recommend him without hesitation. He knows his stuff and is honest, patient, and thorough. I'll never take a computer to Geek Squad again as long as I'm in this region. Thanks, José!
