Dec 30,2024-Sarver, Pa. Our old computer was starting to lock up, and we wanted to get a new computer, before our old computer failed and we could lose our data. Bill came to our home, explained, offered several options to us. We made pot roast that night, and got Bill a plate, and we discussedoptions. Bill suggested an HP business desktop and gave us pricing. Most important, bill explained how he would move files, how the desktop, shortcuts, would be retained, and exactly what he would do. When Bill came back, as he was transferring files, he asked about specific files so we would not lose them. *BILL DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD DO. WE WOULD RECOMMEND BILL'S SERVICE TO ANYONE. This is the most seamless new computer set up we ever had. L&T Sarver Pa.

Considering what I was looking for, he was able to just keep finding better deals and worked with me to get me set up better than I was anticipating. I could tell that he cared about my overall experience as well as his enjoyment in his work when he was almost more excited about what he found for me than I was... Almost that is. Overall, he definitely is pleasant to work with and will do his best to accommodate you.

Bill was professional and efficient when I had a laptop issue. I called and he was able to take me same day and I sat right there and he explained every step to fixing it and was done an hour later. I was thoroughly impressed with Bill's Computer Repair. I took my computer in to be looked at to see if it was worth repairing. Bill offered an honest no pressure appraisal, which led me to trying to repair it. When I was called to pick up my computer I then found out the many problems that were wrong with it. Bill got me set up with a newer tower that was setup for me and works great. he did this and the price we discussed was the price that I paid. I'm very glad that I stayed local with a repair company. I suggest if you have problems, give Bill a call.
