Well it's been over a month for a simple fix. I said I don't care about a warranty repair if you have the part just put it in my pc. Well the guy didn't listen and I've been too busy to argue. Still waiting on the damn thing and the part was supposedly delivered a few days ago and still not done?! Will not be returning after I get it back!

Keith did a great job evaluating alot of computer equipment I had that was hit by a power surge. Was quite thorough in his evaluations and providing estimates for repairs. Would highly recommend.

I never actually needed their help, but everyone I spoke with was more than helpful. I had an issue with my CPU and they were willing to fix the thermal paste at a reasonable price with short notice. If I had any other issues, I would drive the 35 minutes for their help rather than see someone locally in State College.

I was worried to give my pc parts to another person to build but these guys did an amazing job. Extremely satisfied with the work they did. You can tell they put a lot of care into pc building because everything was cable managed perfectly and looks amazing. They were also extremely kind and polite every time I talked to them going as far as to help me carry my boxes out to the car. The prices were amazing too for the work I had done. Will 100% be recommending this shop to all of my friends and anyone I talk to.
